Dr. Joel Kettner is a professor of community health services at Manitoba University. He is the former chief public health officer in Manitoba province and former medical director of the international center for infectious diseases.He says that he has never seen such a reaction to pandemics such as the flu which happen on a regular basis. He goes on to say that in Wuhan province in China where supposedly this virus originated that the reported infected people are one person per 1000 people and the reported deaths are one person per 20,000 people.
