CORONAVIRUS 2 – A MAN-MADE BIO-WEAPON?-Bill Still

Is the coronavirus a man-made bio-weapon that one way or another got out of its level-4 containment facility in Wuhan, China. All available evidence, plus the lack of any cooperation with the CDC on the part of the Chinese government speaks volumes that it is and is hidden under a thick shell of secrecy.
Let’s start a year ago. Canada has just one Level 4 lab for pathogens – just as China only has one – in Wuhan. A Canadian government scientist at the National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg, or NML, made at least five trips to the Chinese lab in Wuhan in 2017-18, including one to train scientists and technicians in the proper handling of the most deadly pathogens, according to travel documents obtained by CBC News.

But get this; the entire idea behind the Chinese program is to genetically modify these pathogens to not only be especially virulent to humans, but to have a secret, back-door vulnerability for which only China has the treatment or vaccine. 
As Prof. Giordano put it:
“This is not warfare, per se,” he said. “But what it’s doing is leveraging the capability to act as global saviour, which then creates various levels of macro and micro economic and bio-power dependencies.”
China has invested vast sums of money into this program. According to former Israeli military intelligence officer, Dany Shoham, who has studied Chinese biowarfare, there are 40 Chinese facilities that are involved in bio-weapon production.
China’s program also has a full range of delivery systems from artillery rockets, aerial bombs, sprayers and short-range ballistic missiles.
China believes their biological warfare program is way ahead of any counter readily available in the United States. 
So, there is little doubt that this coronavirus outbreak is a Chinese weapons program that it somehow got out of its level 4 containment facility.
