Paraphrasing Dr. Wolf, the “pandemic/vaccine” is a multi-layer, global “meta fraud”. Indeed it is. According to Dowd, the head of the fraud? The rotten center of it all?  Pfizer (with much help from the now corrupt FDA).

Dowd’s angle (Wall St. investor data, insurance co. data, etc.) and his approach/demeanor is very compelling.
